White Aluminum Oxide – ทรายพ่นอลูมินั่มออกไซด์สีขาว มีลักษณะสีขาวและมีความกระด้างสูง ทำมาจากอลูมิเนียมหลอมเตาเผาอุณหภูมิสูง มีค่าความแข็งสูงรองจาก ซิลิคอนคาร์ไบด์ และเพชร ทนทาน ทนความร้อนและการสึกกร่อน พ่นผิวงานได้รวดเร็ว มีความคมแต่ไม่เปราะแตกง่าย
สามารถใช้กับอุตสาหกรรมที่เน้นรายละเอียด ความประณีต และความสวยงาม ใช้กับงานพ่นทั่วไป เช่น ลอกสี ลอกสนิม การเตรียมผิวก่อนงานชุบ งานเคลือบผิว ทำผิวแม่พิมพ์พลาสติก พ่นกระจก การแกะสลักแก้ว งานตกแต่งในอุตสาหกรรมแก้ว เป็นต้น

การใช้งาน :
Brown Aluminum Oxide : ใช้ในขบวนการพ่นขัด ซึ่งสามารถใช้ได้หลายอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อทำความสะอาด, การเตรียมผิวชิ้นงาน, การลอกสีออกจากวัสดุต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ยังใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมการทำกระดาษทรายได้อีกด้วย
White Aluminum Oxide : มีลักษณะสีขาวและมีความกระด้างสูง ทนทานมากกว่าเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับ Brown Aluminum Oxide ใช้กับอุตสาหกรรมที่เน้นรายละเอียดความประณีตสวยงามสูง
Aluminum Oxide
Aluminum Oxide has several types and we can also select the suitable for any abrasive blasting which the favor types are Brown Aluminum Oxide and White Aluminum Oxide.
Applications:
Brown Aluminum Oxide : is used in shot peening. It can be applied in several industries in order to clean, prepare object surface, remove paint from object as well as use in sand paper industry.
White Aluminum Oxide : is white with high roughness. It is sturdier than Brown Aluminum Oxide. It is applied in high elaborate and fine-looking industry.
